Hello everyone

Today I will talk about a website that I like and that is related to Public Administration. The page I just recently spoke to is not a website, because it's a YouTube channel.

This Youtube channel is called "visualpolitik" , And the link is : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJQQVLyM6wtPleV4wFBK06g

This channel has sections of Saudi Arabia, Global Intelligence, Oceania, Mexico, United States, Why is it rich ..?, Political Panorama, Middle East, The World, etc. And to this day has a total of 169 videos. There are three people who make these videos, they are Enrique Fonseca, Alberto Rodríguez and Enrique Couto, and video-to-video talk about politics in a striking and entertaining way.

I knew this channel a very short time ago but I have already seen several videos, I see them when I have free time, that is, several times a week.

I love this channel of Youtube because this channel speaks of politics in a very different way, and seeks to understand the why of many events that occur in the world, in addition, the people who make these videos
have a lot of knowledge and they deliver it in a simple and didactic way.

My favorite photo is a that I took in the summer of 2017 after spending many hours traveling in car, this occurred when I was to Punta Arenas for first time for two week with my mother, my father, my brother and my boyfriend. The photo show a lake with a beautiful landscape and me walking like the photo of the album of The Beatles. This photo was taken for Claudio who is my boyfriend and we both liked the place and we took lots of pictures there. This is my photo favorite because that day was very special for me. Hello!! This semester I enrolled in the Yoga course as a free workshop And I loved it. The class is made for the teacher Alejandro Ayala. He is a very knowledgeable person of yoga and his practices, in fact, sometimes he tells us about his books, Treating a spiritual life, veganism and caring for animals. With the classes I feel that I relax and that I manage to connect a little more with my spirit Classes have three parts: First is to be in shavasana ,This serves to relax and to start the class better The second part is when the teacher talks about principles of yoga and we can ask him questions The third part is to do asanas, these are yoga postures to reconnect with our body, exercise our concentration and open chakras The class has had a lot of impact on my because today thanks to a documentary that we saw in clases I now only eat meat sometimes One thing that makes me very sad It's that I've lost many class of yoga Because lately I have had many tests.
